Major hotels that everyone can recognize or beach houses that you can rent to sleep anywhere from 2 to 20 people. No matter your style of vacation lodging, Galveston probably has it. I have, however, figured out some of the must-see places along with the help of the Galveston Island tourism department. I’m still amazed by it, and since I’ve visited twice, I must know everything there is to know about it, right? Ok, maybe not. Apparently they don’t teach you that in Arkansas history classes. ![]()
